Host: Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States (netlify.com).

Nexus is a student project to help with revision. It is not an official EDHEC website and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by EDHEC Business School. “EDHEC” is a trademark of its owner, used here only to say which courses the labs follow.

The common home page Nexus Hub presents Nexus and Revision Hub, a separate website published by Zadig Colin (midterms-revison.netlify.app), who is responsible for its own content.

Nexus and everything in it are the work of Christo Czysz and are protected by copyright (French Intellectual Property Code and international conventions): the source code; the texts, explanations and model answers; the exercises, case generators, quizzes, flashcards, Learning Paths and mock exams; the diagrams and illustrations; the page designs and visual identity, including the risograph subject cards, the orbit and the neural background; and the name and logo “Nexus”.

You are welcome to use Nexus for your own revision. Any other use needs prior written permission: reproducing, copying or adapting the code, the content or the design, in whole or in part; publishing them on another website, app or document; translating them; or collecting the content automatically (scraping). Without permission, such uses are forbidden (article L.122-4) and may constitute infringement (articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Short quotations with a clear credit and a link to Nexus are fine, within the limits of the quotation exception (article L.122-5).

Course materials

The labs follow EDHEC Business School courses. The explanations and exercises are written for Nexus; the original course materials (slides, tutorial sheets, exams) remain the property of their authors and of EDHEC Business School. If you believe something on Nexus infringes your rights, write to us and it will be reviewed and removed promptly if needed.

Nexus Hub

The common home page is a joint work of Christo Czysz and Zadig Colin. The name, design and content of Revision Hub belong to Zadig Colin.

PrivacyConfidentialité et données personnelles

Nexus has no user accounts, no advertising and no tracking or analytics cookies.

Your progress stays in your browser

Your scores, flashcards, Learning Path and mock exams are saved only in your browser (local storage: mgmt-v1, sgc-v1, ccs-v1, flow-v1), along with your display preferences (nexus-theme, nexus-bg, nexus-orbit) and small markers so that we do not ask you twice for a review or for full screen (nexus-reviewed, nexus-rv-later, and for the current visit only nexus-rv-nudge, nexus-fs-inv). None of this is sent to us. Only on the site owner's own browser, an admin key (nexus-admin-key) is kept to delete reviews; it is sent only with a deletion. Clearing your browser data erases them.

Reviews

When you post a review, we store the course, the number of stars, the text, any tags you picked, the first name you choose to give (optional) and the date. Reviews are public on the site.

To stop abuse (one review per course and per day), we also keep a salted hash of your IP address and of a random device identifier kept in your browser (nexus-did), with the time of your last review. Your IP address itself is not stored. Reviews are stored with our host (Netlify Blobs). We keep the latest 1,000 reviews.

Technical data

Like any host, Netlify processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site (Netlify privacy policy). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address (Google privacy policy).

Your rights

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and your choice to post a review. Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your review by writing to christo.czysz@edhec.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The Account page is a preview: nothing typed there is sent anywhere.
